With over three years of professional experience, Varsha has worked on a wide spectrum of assignments involving listed entities, private companies, and companies undergoing corporate restructuring. Her expertise spans corporate governance, secretarial audits, due diligence, capital market transactions, SEBI compliances, CIRP implementation, corporate restructuring, stock exchange filings, and board advisory.
She has been associated with assignments involving organisations such as Maruti Suzuki India Limited and its subsidiaries, InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo), Chaayos, IIFL Home Finance Limited, INDAG Rubber Limited, Sterlite Group, Unifinz Capital India Limited, and several other listed, unlisted, and growth-stage companies.
